Generally, the gasket has a metal (normally carbon rich or stainless steel) wound outwards in a circular spiral (other shapes are possible) with the filler material (generally a flexible graphite) wound in the same manner but starting from the opposing side. This results in alternating layers of filler and metal. The filler material in these gaskets acts as the sealing element, with the metal providing structural support.\nThese gaskets have proven to be reliable in most applications, and allow lower clamping forces than solid gaskets, albeit with a higher cost.\n\nSpiral wound gaskets have proven to be the most reliable sealing element for use in difficult, critical and arduous duties. Spiral wound gaskets are used in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steam lines and Process Industries, where they have many advantages over older types of gaskets.\nThese gaskets are manufactured to International specifications such as BS, API, ASME, DIN. \n", "price": 0.0, "discountamount": 0.0, "currencycode": "INR", "priority": 1000000, "isfreeshipmentavailable": false, "shipmentduration": 7, "_keywords": [ "Spiral", "Wound Gaskets Industrial Gaskets" ], "isarchived": false, "isavailable": false, "applicationid": null, "productindex": 17, "imageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/actual/5faa44da17fca600017bd428.jpg", "tileimageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/tile/5faa44da17fca600017bd428.jpg", "images": null, "totalqueries": 0, "gpid": null, "groupproductid": null, "createdon": "2017-06-21T06:51:08.367Z", "updatedon": "2020-12-18T03:41:59.717Z", "buyonlinelink": null, "producturl": "http://WWW.VISHALRUBBER.COM//spiral-wound-gaskets/17", "availableunits": -1.0, "iscodavailable": true, "isprepaidonlineavailable": false, "maxcodorders": 0, "maxprepaidonlineorders": 0, "uniquepaymenturl": null, "brandname": "", "category": "Gaskets", "tags": [ "Spiral Wound Gaskets", "Spiral Wound Metal Gaskets", "Gaskets", "Metal Gaskets", "Graphite fill Spiral Wound Gaskets", "PTFE Fill Spiral Wound Gaskets", "SS304 Spiral Wound Gaskets", "SS316 Spiral Wound Gaskets", "CS Spiral Wound Gaskets", "Hastalloy Spiral Wound Gaskets", "Spiral Wound Gasket Manufacturers", "Spiral Wound Gasket Manufacturers in Pune", "Spiral Wound Gasket Manufacturers in India", "Spiral Wound Gasket Manufacturers in Maharashtra", "Punit Shinde 9021760075", "Vishal Rubber Technologies Pvt Ltd", "Hastalloy Gaskets", "Metal Flange Gaskets", "High Temperature Spiral Wound Gaskets" ], "variants": false, "keyspecification": null, "otherspecifications": null, "pickupaddressreferenceid": "", "paymenttype": "None", "producttype": "products", "hsncode": null, "gstslab": 0.0, "isnotforsale": false }, { "_id": "68bfd683661621307306a1e5", "fptag": "VISHALRUBBER", "merchantname": null, "customwidgets": null, "externalsourceid": null, "name": "Fire Retardant EN45545 R23 HL3 Rated Rubber Products", "description": "Rail / Metro-Grade EPDM Rubber—EN45545 R23 HL3 Certified\n\nSafety. Calendered sheets can have multiple layers of both the elastomeric and polymer \"sandwiched\" together.\n\nSheeting produced by the calender process is typically divided into two classes: either fabric inserted, or unsupported. Unsupported calender goods contain only layers of rubber or plastic that have been joined without cord, cloth or textile being inserted for strength or tear resistance. Tire cord can be used special cases; rayon, cotton, nylon, or polyester cords are arranged in parallel and bound together by rubber on a calender. \nDepending upon intended use and required look or feel, the sheets of rubberized fabric are then smoothed, glazed, polished, or given a moiré or embossed surface. The resulting surface characteristics depend on the pressure exerted by the rollers, on their temperature, composition, and surface designs, and on the type of coating or glaze previously applied to the material to be calendered. Following the calendering process the material is then wound into rolls and placed into storage.\n\nThese Rubber Sheets are also manufactured from over 15 polymers including: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®, Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (AU/EU), Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Chloroprene (Neoprene®), etc.", "price": 0.0, "discountamount": 0.0, "currencycode": "INR", "priority": 1000000, "isfreeshipmentavailable": false, "shipmentduration": 7, "_keywords": [ "NR", "SBR", "NBR", "FKM", "type", "look", "feel", "FVMQ", "EPDM", "rolls", "moiré", "cloth", "nylon", "rayon", "AU/EU", "fabric", "Viton®", "Buna-N", "cotton", "series", "plastic", "classes", "textile", "rollers", "pressure", "strength", "polymers", "materials", "Tire cord", "Polyurethane", "Fluorocarbon", "special cases", "Fluorosilicone", "Natural Rubber", "tear resistance", "surface designs", "rubber material", "polyester cords", "multiple layers", "Rubber Sheets-In", "calender process", "Ethylene Propylene", "surface characteristics", "Styrene Butadiene Rubber", "Unsupported calender goods", "Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber" ], "isarchived": false, "isavailable": false, "applicationid": null, "productindex": 30, "imageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/actual/594a1b823917460448ce6a63.jpg", "tileimageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/tile/594a1b823917460448ce6a63.jpg", "images": null, "totalqueries": 0, "gpid": null, "groupproductid": null, "createdon": "2017-06-21T07:08:49.701Z", "updatedon": "2020-12-18T03:38:48.016Z", "buyonlinelink": null, "producturl": "http://WWW.VISHALRUBBER.COM//rubber-sheets/30", "availableunits": -1.0, "iscodavailable": true, "isprepaidonlineavailable": false, "maxcodorders": 0, "maxprepaidonlineorders": 0, "uniquepaymenturl": null, "brandname": "", "category": "Rubber Sheets", "tags": [], "variants": false, "keyspecification": null, "otherspecifications": null, "pickupaddressreferenceid": "", "paymenttype": "None", "producttype": "products", "hsncode": null, "gstslab": 0.0, "isnotforsale": false }, { "_id": "5b6b36933771880546cd3a80", "fptag": "VISHALRUBBER", "merchantname": null, "customwidgets": null, "externalsourceid": null, "name": "Rubber To Metal Bonded Parts", "description": "Rubber To Metal Bonded Part is a means by which rubber is mechanically bonded to a metal insert during the molding process. To begin the bonding process, the inserts are first prepped for production using a degreasing system to rid the parts of any contaminants before the adhesive is applied. Next, the heat activated adhesive is applied to the inserts using a technique similar to spray painting. Once the metals are prepared, they are ready for production.\n\nThe inserts are then physically placed, one at a time, into each cavity of the mold. For inserts on the top of a part, special magnets are incorporated into the mold to hold them in place while the mold is being loaded. Also, for inserts being encapsulated into the rubber, special chaplet pins are incorporated into the mold to suspend the insert in the mold & allow the rubber to flow around the metal.\n\nOnce the inserts are in place, the normal rubber molding process commences. After the mold is closed, and the molding begins, the adhesive on the metals is activated, allowing the inserts to bond to the rubber.\nTypical applications for rubber to metal bonding include, any part requiring the combination of the flexibility of rubber and the stability of a metal. Components ranging in size from small mounts for motors to large locomotive suspension parts are just a sampling of parts produced using this process.\n\nRubber can be bonded with metal using more than 15 polymers including: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®, Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (AU/EU), Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Chloroprene (Neoprene®), etc.", "price": 0.0, "discountamount": 0.0, "currencycode": "INR", "priority": 1000000, "isfreeshipmentavailable": false, "shipmentduration": 7, "_keywords": [ "NR", "NBR", "SBR", "FKM", "size", "time", "heat", "EPDM", "FVMQ", "means", "place", "AU/EU", "Viton®", "Buna-N", "metals", "cavity", "inserts", "polymers", "adhesive", "sampling", "painting", "stability", "technique", "production", "Components", "degreasing", "flexibility", "small mounts", "Fluorocarbon", "metal insert", "Polyurethane", "contaminants", "metal bonding", "Fluorosilicone", "Natural Rubber", "special magnets", "bonding process", "Ethylene Propylene", "Typical applications", "special chaplet pins", "Styrene Butadiene Rubber", "molding process commences", "Metal Bonded Parts-Rubber", "Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber", "large locomotive suspension" ], "isarchived": false, "isavailable": false, "applicationid": null, "productindex": 28, "imageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/actual/594a1aa037585b0b98b76d8a.jpg", "tileimageuri": "https://productimages.withfloats.com/tile/594a1aa037585b0b98b76d8a.jpg", "images": null, "totalqueries": 0, "gpid": null, "groupproductid": null, "createdon": "2017-06-21T07:05:04.644Z", "updatedon": "2020-12-18T03:41:33.271Z", "buyonlinelink": null, "producturl": "http://WWW.VISHALRUBBER.COM//rubber-to-metal-bonded-parts/28", "availableunits": -1.0, "iscodavailable": true, "isprepaidonlineavailable": false, "maxcodorders": 0, "maxprepaidonlineorders": 0, "uniquepaymenturl": null, "brandname": "", "category": "Metal Bonded Rubber", "tags": [], "variants": false, "keyspecification": null, "otherspecifications": null, "pickupaddressreferenceid": "", "paymenttype": "None", "producttype": "products", "hsncode": null, "gstslab": 0.0, "isnotforsale": false }, { "_id": "5b6b36933771880546cd3b13", "fptag": "VISHALRUBBER", "merchantname": null, "customwidgets": null, "externalsourceid": null, "name": "Industrial Rubber Floorings", "description": "Rubberized Flooring using Conveyor Belts for better rigidity and longer life instead of usual Rubber Mats. Tire cord can be used special cases; rayon, cotton, nylon, or polyester cords are arranged in parallel and bound together by rubber on a calender.\n\nDepending upon intended use and required look or feel, the sheets of rubberized fabric are then smoothed, glazed, polished, or given a moiré or embossed surface. The resulting surface characteristics depend on the pressure exerted by the rollers, on their temperature, composition, and surface designs, and on the type of coating or glaze previously applied to the material to be calendered.
